The glass. We clear rain spots, pollen and dust outside, plus fingerprints and film inside.

The frame. Frames collect cobwebs, grit and gray film, especially in the corners.

The sill. Whatever slides down the glass lands here, so we clean it too.

Outside first. Exterior window cleaning is most of our window work, because weather hits that side hardest.

Inside if you want it. Add the inside glass too, and then the view is clear from both sides.

Spring. Pollen and rain leave a film on the glass, so many people book once the trees leaf out.
Fall. The low sun shows every smear, so people call before holiday guests arrive.

Before

Eric was an engineer who worked out of town and missed time with the family.

The idea

Friends said there was room for a window business, so Karen suggested it. Eric was not sold, but he tried it anyway.

Job one

The first window job took him over 17 hours. Still, he finished it.

Should the windows be done before or after the house wash?

After. A house wash sends water over the glass, so windows go last. Most people book both for the same visit.

Do you clean the inside of the windows too?

Yes, the inside glass is part of what we offer. Many people start with the outside, then add the inside for clear glass from both sides.

Do the frames and sills get cleaned too?

Yes, frames and sills are part of every residential window job. If there is paint, stickers or other residue on the glass, point it out so we can plan for it.

Can you clean the windows on a house we just built?

Yes. Builders and owners book a post construction glass clean at turnover. Send the address and your handover date, and we will fit the windows into your finish schedule.

What decides the bid on a window job?

The number of windows, the number of floors, and whether you want the inside too. Buildup on the glass matters as well, and the bid lists exactly what is included.
