What is included in a house wash
Every house wash covers the whole outside of the house, so you do not have to ask for each part.
- Siding and walls. Vinyl, brick, stucco and Dryvit or EIFS, on every side of the house.
- Soffit and fascia. First we clear dust, cobwebs and mildew film, then the mud dauber nests in the corners.
- Doors and the AC pad. Front doors, garage doors and the pad under the AC unit, where mold likes to settle.
- Outside gutter lines. The dark stripes on the face of the gutters come off with the wall.
- A rinse on the windows. The glass gets a good rinse, but that is not a full window cleaning.
- Your landscaping. We protect plants before we start, then rinse them when we finish.

How we soft wash a house without damaging it
Soft wash means low pressure. First our own cleansers go on the wall and get some dwell time. Then we rinse everything off, so the cleanser does the work instead of force.

That matters on brick and stucco, because hard spray can chew soft mortar and push water into the wall. If you already see crumbling mortar or cracked stucco, point it out before we start.
Why is only one side of the house green? The north wall, or any wall behind trees, stays damp longer. Then humid Missouri summers feed the algae and mold, and a soft wash is how we remove mold and algae from a house without hurting vinyl siding.

What to add to your house washing visit
Most people finish the house in one trip. So here is what pairs well with a wash.
- Windows. A rinse is not a cleaning, so add exterior window cleaning for streak-free glass, frames and sills.
- Gutters. A wall wash does not empty them, so book a gutter clean out after the fall leaves drop.
- Roof. If black streaks run down the shingles, roof cleaning takes care of them with its own soft wash.
- Driveway. Concrete takes hot water instead, so add concrete cleaning for the whole property.
- White crust on brick. That is efflorescence, not dirt, so it calls for efflorescence removal and masonry sealing.
