Scheduled glass care for storefronts, offices and multi-tenant buildings

Commercial window cleaning in Jefferson City, MO, done before you flip the sign.

We do commercial window cleaning on a set schedule, before you open or after you close. Windows are where Wash Authority started in 2013.

Commercial window cleaning at a glance

  • What it is: window cleaning on a route, at a time that fits your hours.
  • What is included: outside glass and doors, plus inside glass, sills and frames if you want them.
  • Who it is for: shop owners, office managers and property managers.
  • When to book: monthly, quarterly or twice a year, before open or after close.
  • How to get a bid: request one online, or call or text (573) 418-9942.

Commercial window cleaning for storefronts, offices and multi-tenant buildings

  • Storefronts get the shortest cycle, because doors and display windows collect fingerprints, pollen and sidewalk splash fastest.
  • Offices often split into two visits. Outside glass can wait longer, but inside glass is what people see from their desks.
  • Multi-tenant buildings get lobby glass often and upper floors on a longer cycle, all on one invoice.

Downtown shops near the Capitol live on foot traffic, and so do campus-edge strips in Columbia, MO. Also, we can clean the sidewalk out front with commercial pressure washing.

Windows at a house instead? Then you want our residential window cleaning.

When we clean: before you open or after you close

Before you open

Best for storefronts, restaurants and bank branches.

  • Outside glass and entrance doors go first, while the sidewalk is quiet.
  • We work back from your opening time, so the crew is gone before customers arrive.
  • If weather moves a visit, your contact gets a call or text.

After you close

Best for offices, showrooms and anything with people at desks.

  • Inside glass, sills and frames get done when no one is working around us.
  • We settle keys, alarm codes and locked rooms before the first visit.

A sample commercial window cleaning schedule

This is a generic example, not a real customer. Your route starts from your glass and your hours, and then it can change after the first few visits.

Spring pollen and fall leaf drop make glass look its worst, so the sample leans on April and October.

Plus, stops in the same town ride the same trip, from Jefferson City and Holts Summit out to Fulton, Boonville and Sedalia. Shops in Osage Beach and Lake Ozark can also add a visit before their busy season.

Invoices, insurance and tall glass

  • Estimate: request a bid online or call, and then a walk-through fills in the details.
  • Schedule: each stop gets a time window and a contact on site.
  • One invoice: a route with several stops comes on one invoice, and you can pay online.
  • Insurance: we carry full insurance and workers' compensation, plus a certificate of insurance on request.
  • Tall glass: when glass sits out of safe reach, we add lift rental as a line on the bid.

We have done 150+ commercial window jobs since 2013. For the walls around the glass, see commercial building washing. A brand-new building is a different job, so it goes under post construction window cleaning.

Questions about commercial window cleaning

Yes. Before-open and after-close visits are the normal way a route runs. We settle your opening time, keys and alarm before the first visit, and if weather moves a visit, your contact hears from us by call or text.
Busy street-front glass needs it most often, and upper-floor office glass can wait longer. So we suggest a cadence, and then we adjust it after the first few visits once you see how fast the glass gets dirty.
The amount of glass, its height, and whether the job is outside only or inside too. The number of stops and how often you want visits matter as well. Also, tall glass that needs a lift adds to the bid.
Yes. A route with several stops can go on one invoice, with estimates and payments handled online. If the stops belong to different owners, we work out how to split the billing before the first visit.
New construction glass is a different job from routine cleaning. It falls under post construction window cleaning, usually as part of a builder's turnover with the final clean, and we bid it that way.

Tell us when you open and we will work back from there.

Send the addresses and your hours, and you get back a route, a cadence and a bid.
