Hot water pressure washing in Jefferson City, MO pulls oil, grease and growth out of concrete. For siding, roofs and wood, we switch to a soft wash.

  • What it is: water over 235 degrees from our own custom-built skids.
  • What is included: our own cleansers plus hot water on every hard surface you list.
  • Who it is for: driveways, garage floors, pavers, docks and lots.
  • When to book: when cold water leaves oil or growth behind, or before you seal.
  • How to get a quote: list your surfaces on the bid form, or call or text (573) 418-9942.

When we pick hot water

We ask three questions in order.

  • Is it a wall, a roof or finished wood? Then we soft wash with low pressure and our own cleansers.
  • Is there oil, grease or growth in a hard surface? Then we use hot water. The same goes for concrete that will get sealer next.
  • Is it only loose dirt or pollen? Then cold water is enough, so we skip the heat.

Mixed jobs are normal. For example, one visit can mean soft wash on the siding and hot water on the driveway. Your estimate lists which wash goes where.

Our custom-built hot water skids

We build our own hot water skids. The water runs over 235 degrees, and we pair it with our own formulated cleansers.

Heat thins oil and grease and loosens growth. So the rinse carries off soiling, most oils and small debris.

Since 2013, our crews have finished 1,300+ hot water jobs. The skids go to driveways in Jefferson City and Fulton, rentals in Columbia, and docks at Lake Ozark and Osage Beach. We also offer reclamation washing for specialty jobs.

Questions about washing with hot water

Because heat and pressure are the wrong tools for walls, roofs and finished wood. Those get a low-pressure soft wash instead. Hot water belongs on hard surfaces like concrete, pavers and docks.
Heat is not what harms concrete. Technique is, so we set up for each surface. We also point out cracked or flaking concrete first, because cleaning shows that damage but cannot repair it.
On docks, yes. Hot water needs little to no soap, which keeps cleanser out of the lake. Ask about Lake of the Ozarks work when you book.
We price each surface on its own. The size of each area, what is on it and which wash it needs set the total. So list everything on the form, and we will price the whole visit.
