Pressure Washing Technician & Crew Helper
Outdoor field work cleaning homes and businesses. Full-time, year-round, with real room to grow into a crew lead.
What You'll Do
- Soft-wash siding, roofs, and exteriors
- Pressure-wash concrete, decks, and docks
- Set up and break down equipment safely
- Treat customers' property with care
- Leave every job clean and the customer happy
What We're Looking For
- Reliable. You show up, on time
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round
- Can lift 50 lbs and work on ladders
- Valid driver's license, clean-ish record
- Good attitude with customers

How Pay Works
We pay a competitive hourly base plus a commission on the work your crew completes, so when you work hard and keep customers happy, you earn more. Exact base depends on experience and is discussed at your phone screen. Quality counts: callbacks and complaints affect the commission, because doing it right the first time is the job.
